3. Services Provided

BILUDesign provides the following services:

  • Printing (digital, offset, large format, etc.)
  • Design services (custom designs, layouts)
  • Finishing services (packaging, etc.)

We strive to ensure the highest quality in all our services, but we cannot guarantee exact colour matches due to variations in computer displays, printers, and materials.

4. Orders and Payment

To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

  • The specifications of your project (size, colour, quantity, etc.)
  • Design files (if applicable)
  • Billing and contact details

Full payment or a deposit is required before any work begins unless otherwise agreed upon.We accept payments via Debit Card, Apple Pay. Orders are considered confirmed only after payment is received and the order is processed. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect confirmed orders.

5. Design Files and Copyright

You are responsible for ensuring that any design files you provide for printing do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. By submitting artwork to us, you confirm that you hold the rights to use and print the material.

Design Services

If you request design services from us, the intellectual property rights of the final designs may be owned by us unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon final payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the designs for the intended purpose.

6. Proofing and Approval

Before we proceed with printing, we will send you a proof of your order (electronic or printed proof). It is your responsibility to review the proof and approve it in writing or via email.

Errors and Revisions: Once you approve the proof, you assume responsibility for any errors in spelling, grammar, layout, or other design elements. We will not be liable for mistakes found after approval.

Changes: Any changes after approval may incur additional charges.

7. Turnaround Time and Delivery

Turnaround times for printing projects vary depending on the complexity and quantity of the order. We will provide an estimated completion date at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery

We offer local delivery within Australia or shipping via DHL.

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events outside our control.

Shipping and delivery costs will be added to the total order unless specified otherwise.

8. Refunds and Returns

Due to the custom nature of printed products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Refunds

Refunds or reprints will only be offered if the product is found to have a manufacturing defect or if the print quality does not match the approved proof.

10. Customer-Supplied Content

You are fully responsible for the content of any files or artwork you supply to us for printing. You warrant that your materials do not:

Infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

Contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate material.

We reserve the right to refuse any order if the content violates these terms.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BILUDesign harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Your breach of these Terms.

The content of files or designs you provide.

Your misuse of our services or website.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing any of our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, war, natural disasters, or industrial disputes.
